About Emergency Notification System
Telesuite EMERGENCY NOTIFICATION SYSTEM (ENS) is a communication tool to handle mission critical events like medical emergency, hazards / disaster or any kind of emergencies. During emergencies, the SYSTEM (ENS) can be triggered from web portal OR by dialing pre-defined number. System is open to integrate with third party systems (email server, SMS gateway, building management systems, hospital management systems etc.) to trigger emergency. The system is designed to
keep in touch with the customers, staff and suppliers by broadcasting voice and text messages from web applications whenever the need arises (for Ex. emergency situations like fire, theft or congratulation Message to your staff, thanks giving messages to your customers, suppliers etc). On the call being answered, system shall broadcast a voice message which is either predefined or recorded by the broadcaster. The system can also broadcast text messages (SMS) to the predefined group.
